＜IPO＞HKEX Bonnie Chan: No Doubt About HK Mkt's Ability to Raise Capital; IPO Applications Hike 30% in 1Q24

　　HKEX (00388.HK) +3.800 (+1.473%) Short selling $39.20M; Ratio 5.969% Group CEO Bonnie Chan revealed at CMF Hong Kong that with the improvement of market conditions, the Hong Kong IPO market has also recovered. The number of IPO applications in 1Q24 increasing by about 30% YoY, and there are now about 100 active applications.

　　Chan emphasised that the recent announcement by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) of 5 specific measures to support mutual market access and the development of the Hong Kong market, including encouraging leading companies to list in Hong Kong, is expected to have a boosting effect.
