　　BRILLIANCE CHI (01114.HK) -0.150 (-3.778%) Short selling $40.90M; Ratio 18.460% declared a special dividend of $4.30 per share on 14 June, with ex-dividend date on 3 July, Citi Research issued a research report saying.

　　Citi Research raised its target price from $4.85 to $5.64 post ex-dividend, which represents a historical average PE ratio of 5x on the Company's FY2024 EPS. Citi Research kept rating at Buy on BRILLIANCE CHI.
