On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker Interactive Brokers as planned according to its regulatory address that Level 11, 175 Pitt Street, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia.

The investigators arrived at 175 Pitt Street in Sydney, the capital of NSW, Australia on December 5, 2023. An upscale office building is located in the commercial and financial center of Sydney, boasting a fabulous place. There are a various range of luxury outlets at the prosperous street.

After accessing the building, the survey personnel spotted a reception area and a digital directory in the lobby. From the directory, it can be seen that Interactive Brokers is situated on the 11th floor.

And then the investigation team reached the 11th floor of the building by lift, and clearly saw the company name and logo of Interactive Brokers at the door of its office equipped with access control system. Through the glass door, it could be seen that there were approximately 25 desks and 7 independent rooms in the office with a clean and tidy working environment.

Through an on-side investigation, it is confirmed that Interactive Broker has a physical presence at the location.

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker Interactive Broker as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This suggests that the broker truly has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following an overall consideration.
