　　SWIRE PACIFIC A (00019.HK) -0.950 (-1.359%) Short selling $8.51M; Ratio 24.401% is looking to issue a five-year USD-denominated bond to raise US$300-500 million for internal borrowing and general corporate purposes, Reuters said, citing people with the knowledge of the matter.

　　The initial price guidance for potential investors of the bond is reported to be US bond yields plus 120bps. SWIRE did not give immediate response.
