Reason for this visit

On-site visit
In this issue, the survey team went to the Netherlands to visit broker MEXEM as planned according to its regulatory address that Prof. J.H. Bavincklaan 7, 1183AT Amstelveen, Nederland.
The investigators came to Prof. J.H. Bavincklaan 7 in Amstelveen of the Netherlands for a visit to the broker‘s office on December 11, 2023, and located a modern commercial structure. The eye-catching logo of “REGUS” could be seen on the façade of the building from a distance. And then the inquiry team managed to learn that the whole building was owned by REGUS. In the meantime, there was an outdoor directory in front of it, which showcased some company’s information including name except MEXEMs.
Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted the reception area, company name and logo of REGUS through the glass door. However, people werent allowed to enter the building without an access card.
From the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that MEXEM doesnt have a physical presence at the location.
Conclusion
The survey team went to the Netherlands to visit broker MEXEM as scheduled, but didn‘t find the company at its regulatory address. This signifies that the broker doesn’t have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors should be meticulous in choosing the broker.
