On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Hong Kong to visit broker Tai Shing Stock as planned according to its regulatory address that 706 Kwong Wah Plaza, 11 Tai Tong Rd., Yuen Long, New Territories.

The investigators arrived at Kwong Wah Plaza at 11 Tai Tong Road in Yuen Long, Hong Kong on December 6, 2023. Adjacent to a busy street, the commercial building is located in a prime commercial area easily accessible by public transport including MTR and others. There are various types of stores on the ground floor of the building with different shops, restaurants, banks, and department stores nearby on a street teeming with people.

After accessing the building, the survey personnel spotted lobby and floor directories, which displayed the information concerning Tai Shing Stock, and found the companys reception area in room 706, with the company name printed on a paper stuck on the door of its open office.

Through an on-side investigation, it is confirmed that Tai Shing Stock truly has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Hong Kong to visit broker Tai Shing Stock as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This indicates that the broker does have a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following an overall consideration.
