On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker Ord Minnett as planned according to its regulatory address that Level 22, 35 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

The investigators arrived at 35 Collins Street in Melbourne of Victoria, Australia for a visit to the brokers office on March 14, 2024, and located a commercial building at the busy business street in the downtown area. Collins Street is lined with numerous office buildings, retail stores, and restaurants, appealing to a steady stream of people.

Upon arrival at the 22nd floor via the lift for further investigation, the survey personnel didnt spot any information regarding Ord Minnett, including company name and logo.

Through the on-site investigation, it‘s confirmed that the broker doesn’t have a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker Ord Minnett as scheduled, but didn‘t find the company’s name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker might just register with the address without a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make an informed decision following an overall consideration.
