In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker PhillipCapital as planned according to its regulatory address that Level 5, 45 William Street Melbourne VIC 3000.
The investigators arrived at 45 William Street in Melbourne, Australia for a visit to the broker‘s office on January 20, 2024, and located a commercial building at the prime street in the downtown area. William Street serves as an integral part of Melbourne city life, connecting multiple commercial, cultural, and recreational areas. From the perspective of commerce, William Street is one of the major business thoroughfares in Melbourne’s CBD, home to numerous internationally and domestically renowned companies and enterprises. Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted easily a directory, which displayed the information concerning PhillipCapital. However, people werent allowed to enter without an access card or an appointment. Consequently, the inspection team was unable to know the specific company size and office environment.
Through the on-site investigation, its confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.
Conclusion
The survey team went to Australia to visit broker PhillipCapital as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following an overall consideration.
