CITIC BANK London Branch Plans to Issue 3-yr USD Green Notes

　　CITIC BANK (00998.HK) +0.140 (+2.794%) Short selling $3.36M; Ratio 8.777% (601998.SH) +0.130 (+1.915%) 's London branch planned to issue a 3-year floating rate senior green note to raise funds to support environment-friendly projects, so as to promote the development of green economy, according to CITIC BANK's announcement.

　　The notes will be denominated in USD, with an initial guidance price at the SOFR +105 bps area. The issuance of green note will be in the form of RegS, which means that subscription will be opened to specific investors only.
