　　HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) +0.200 (+0.293%) Short selling $64.26M; Ratio 23.972% announced that it repurchased a total of 11.349 million shares of the company on the UK and Hong Kong markets on Friday (28 June) and yesterday (1 July), involving a total of HKD775 million.

　　Among which, HSBC repurchased 4.2776 million shares of the company on the UK market last Friday, with the price per share of GBP6.854-6.979, and the weighted average price per share was GBP6.8865. It also repurchased 3.8214 million shares of the company yesterday at a price range of GBP6.879-6.93 per share, with a weighted average price of GBP6.9093 per share.

　　HSBC repurchased 3.25 million shares of the company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange last Friday at a price range of HKD68.15-68.7 per share, with a weighted average price of approximately HKD68.5523 per share.
