On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker Canaccord Genuity as planned according to its regulatory address that Level 42, 101 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3001.

The investigators came to 101 Collins Street in Melbourne of Victoria, Australia for a visit to the brokers office on March 14, 2024, and located a modern commercial building at the busy business street in the downtown area. Collins Street is lined with numerous office buildings, retail stores, and restaurants, appealing to a steady stream of people.

Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted easily a well-equipped and spacious lobby with cozy sofas and modern facilities. In the meantime, there was a directory in the building, which displayed that Canaccord Genuity was situated on the 42nd floor.

After proceeding to the 42nd floor via the elevator, the inspection team discovered the office of Canaccord Genuity. And it could be seen through the glass door that their staff were working in the office. However, people werent allowed to enter without an appointment in advance. Therefore, it is unable to determine the specific company size and working environment.

Through the on-site investigation, its confirmed that the broker indeed has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker Canaccord Genuity as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following an overall consideration.
