After accessing the building, the survey personnel arrived at the 12th floor by lift, and clearly saw the company name and logo of Joseph Palmer & Sons at the entrance of its office. Through the glass door, it could be seen that there were approximately 15 desks and 5 independent rooms in the office.

Through an on-side investigation, it is confirmed that the company has a physical presence at the location.
