On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker Morrison as planned according to its regulatory address that Level 7, 7 Macquarie Place Sydney NSW 2000 Australia.

The investigators arrived at 7 Macquarie Place, a 12-storey boutique commercial building offering uninterrupted view of the harbor on the upper levels, in Sydney, capital of the state of NSW, Australia for a visit to the broker‘s office on December 8, 2023. The building benefits from vibrant lifestyle of Sydney’s Circular Quay Precinct and proximity to the financial core.

Upon access to the 7th floor via the elevator, the survey personnel saw the company name and logo of Morrison on the glass door of its office. There were approximately 5 separate rooms with 40 office desks in a neat and tidy working space. The office features a reasonable layout with modern furniture and facilities, providing a comfortable working environment for the employees.

Through the on-site investigation, its confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker Morrison as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following an overall consideration.
